• UNC has the best winning percentage (.674, 60-29) and the most wins (60) in ACC Tournament history.
• Carolina has won nine ACC titles - 1984, 1994, 1995, 1997, 1998, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 - the second-most in league history. Maryland has 10.

SERIES HISTORY
UNC lost 76-60 to Pitt earlier this season on Feb. 18 in Chapel Hill. The Panthers own a 3-1 edge in the all-time series with the Tar Heels.
LAST TIME OUT
North Carolina closed out the regular season with a 93-57 loss to Duke on Sunday. Freshman Stephanie Watts led Carolina in scoring for the 11th time this season with 18 points, eight rebounds, five assists, three blocks and two steals. Hillary Summers recorded her eighth double-double of the year with 10 points and 15 rebounds. Destinee Walker registered double figures for the 27th time with 14 points. Before the game, North Carolina honored its eight seniors - N'Dea Bryant, Anne Corrigan, Erika Johnson, Xylina McDaniel, Rachel McGirt, Paige Neuenfeldt, Marissa Riley and Hillary Summers.
