CHAPEL HILL—Sunday will be a big day in Chapel Hill, as the University of North Carolina holds its commencement ceremony at Kenan Stadium. Tar Heels Nate Britt, Kanler Coker, Isaiah Hicks, Kennedy Meeks and Stilman White are set to participate in the graduation festivities, culminating a senior year in which they won the NCAA championship.

♦ At a Tar Heel Tour stop in Lumberton, Roy Williams revealed he never imagined winning more NCAA titles than his mentor, Dean Smith.

♦ The basketball Tar Heels were one of 16 UNC squads to score a perfect 1000 score in the Academic Progress Report (APR) for the 2015-16 academic year. Seniors Joel James, Brice Johnson, Marcus Paige, Toby Egbuna, Justin Coleman and Spenser Dalton all graduated in 2016.
