Softball Resumes ACC Play vs. Notre Dame

CHAPEL HILL – North Carolina welcomes Notre Dame to Chapel Hill Friday through Sunday for a four-game series at Anderson Stadium.

The Tar Heels enter the weekend 8-6, 4-1 ACC while Notre Dame comes to Chapel Hill with a 7-5 record, 1-3 in conference.

Carolina wrapped up tournament play with a 3-1 outing at home for the Carolina Classic. The Tar Heels outlasted UConn in eight innings, highlighted by Taylor Greene's second walk-off home run of the season. Brittany Pickett threw a one-hit shutout against No. 17 South Carolina on Saturday.
