Carmichael Arena: Know Before You Go

We look forward to hosting you this season at Carmichael Arena. Please read on for information about the Game Day experience.

Admission
Tickets are $10 each for all games except Jan. 15 vs. NC State, for which tickets are $15. Admission is free for all students, faculty, and staff with a valid OneCard. The arena has individual seats, except for sections 116-118, which are bleacher-style seating. Student seating is general admission and is located in sections 102 and 103, with overflow available in section 202.

Bag Policy
Carmichael Arena does not implement a Clear Bag Policy. However, all bags will be searched by security personnel upon entry into the Arena. We strongly encourage fans to leave large bags at home, as this will reduce the wait time for entry.

Disability Seating
Seating for patrons with disabilities is available upon entry into the arena per request. As you enter the doors, please speak with an Event Management team member who will assist in providing chairs and proper accommodations.

Fan Conduct Policy
The University of North Carolina is shaped not only by our players, coaches and employees, but by our fans as well. Our goal is to create a high-energy environment to support our team while maintaining a wholesome, family-oriented atmosphere. To ensure all fans have a positive game day experience, each patron should act responsibly and be considerate of others. Event Management staff and arena security will respond to complaints of misconduct. Spectators are prohibited from accessing the court area without proper consent.

Carmichael Arena will open to the public one hour prior to the start of each game. Fans may enter via the main entrance to Carmichael Arena, across from Hooker Fields. UNC students may enter through the doors that face South Road.

Lost and Found
Please check with any Event Management staff member for items misplaced during a women's basketball game. Following an event, all unclaimed items are turned over to the UNC Athletic Event Management Department. Please contact athleticslostandfound.svc@email.unc.edu.

Parking
There are several parking options for game days.
• General game-by-game public parking is available in the Rams Head Deck for $1.75/hour for all games.
• After 5 p.m. on weekdays, weeknight parking is in effect for all non-reserved lots. Weeknight parking passes can be purchased for $1 via the ParkMobile app. Please visit https://move.unc.edu/parking/weeknight-parking/ for more information.
• Parking is available for free in any non-reserved lot on the weekends beginning at 5 p.m. Friday and continuing throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday. Recommended lots for convenient women's basketball parking are the Raleigh Road Visitors Lot, the Navy Lot, Stadium Drive, and the Bell Tower Deck.
• Disability parking is available in the Cobb Deck for $5 with a shuttle to Carmichael provided.
• Season ticket holders are eligible to purchase a season-long parking pass in the Raleigh Road Visitors Lot. Please contact the UNC Ticket Office (919-962-2296 or tickets@unc.edu) if interested.

In addition to the below, all items are subject to the judgment of game management staff and may be removed from Carmichael Arena based upon safety to surrounding guests, as well as the ability of others to enjoy the event.

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill prohibits smoking in buildings and areas controlled by the university. Smoking will not be tolerated in or within 100 feet of Carmichael Arena.
