Women’s Lacrosse Announces Fall 2023 Schedule

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – University of North Carolina women's lacrosse has announced its Fall 2023 schedule, featuring two games against international teams and a weekend road trip in Maryland.
The Tar Heels kicked off their fall ball schedule by playing host to the Japan Club Team on Sept. 18, on the first official day of practice. UNC will also welcome the England National Team on Oct. 7 at 11 a.m. ET.
The home slate includes contests against Duke (Sept. 30), Richmond (Sept. 30), Liberty (Oct. 7) and Johns Hopkins (Oct. 28). All home games will be played at Finley Field on Old Mason Farm Road in Chapel Hill.
Carolina will also travel to Maryland on Oct. 14 to play at Towson before taking on Loyola (Md.) the next day.

Carolina has added eight newcomers – seven true freshmen and one grad transfer – to its roster. Among the returners include one Tewaaraton Award top-25 nominee, four IWLCA All-South Region honorees, eight All-Americas and eight All-ACC selections.
