Know Before You Go: Women’s Basketball Vs. Charleston Southern

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – North Carolina women's basketball opens the 2024-25 season tomorrow against Charleston Southern at 11 a.m. ET from Carmichael Arena, where the Tar Heels are set to welcome thousands of children from the area for its annual Education Day game. Stay in the know and find out gameday protocols for those attending tomorrow's game against the Buccaneers.
Although it is NOT INCLUDED as a part of the season ticket or season parking pass package, all fans are welcome to attend and can claim a complimentary ticket as they enter Carmichael Arena. No reservations will be accepted in advance.
Here are a few of the unique changes to gameday for November 4th:
-TIP OFF is at 11am ET. The game will also be streamed on ACCNX.
-PARKING will be handled based upon our normal campus operations. For patrons with accessibility needs, there will be shuttles running from Rams Head Deck to Carmichael Arena beginning at 10am. We encourage you to arrive early to account for transportation to the venue. For more information on our normal campus operations, please visit www.move.unc.edu.
-TICKETS will be complimentary for all patrons and distributed at the doors on a first come, first served basis as patrons enter Carmichael Arena. Seating options will include 106, 108, 109, 110 and General Admission (upper level).
The first ticketed event will be Thursday, November 7th vs. UNC Wilmington at 7:00PM.
