Women’s Lacrosse Makes First-Ever Visit To Clemson

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – For the first time in program history, eighth-ranked North Carolina women's lacrosse will make its way to Clemson, South Carolina, on Saturday to take on the 20th-ranked Tigers. First draw is set for 3 p.m. ET at the Clemson Lacrosse Complex.
The game will air on ACCNX with Sam Goldfarb and Jordy Kirr on call.

Heels vs. Tigers
This will be the third meeting all-time between North Carolina and Clemson with the Tar Heels leading the series at 2-0. This will be the first meeting in Clemson, South Carolina. The Tar Heels have out-scored the Tigers 33-14 in their two games in 2023.

The last contest between the two teams was on April 26, 2023, in Charlotte during the ACC Tournament Quarterfinals. Carolina won, 16-6. Caroline Godine had three goals and an assist. Caitlyn Wurzburger had three goals and three assists in the first-ever regular season meeting on March 26.
