Twelve Gymnasts Named Academic All-America

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association announced the Academic All-America honorees for the 2024-25 academic year on Monday afternoon. Carolina had 12 gymnasts on this years' list.

Student-athletes must have either a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.5 or a minimum 3.5 GPA for the academic year to earn this award. Three Carolina gymnasts came in above the 3.9 mark (Gwen Fink - 3.96, Bella Miller - 3.96, Taylor Schulze - 3.95).

As a team, the Tar Heels earned a 3.5285 GPA for the academic year. The program ranks in the top 70 for team GPA in the country.
