Men's Lacrosse, Brown To Meet On SECU Family House Day Saturday

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The sixth-ranked North Carolina men's lacrosse team will host Brown this Saturday at Dorrance Field, on SECU Family House Day. Opening faceoff between the Tar Heels and Bears is slated for 1:30 PM, and admission is free for all fans.

SECU Family House Day
• Sunday's game between the Tar Heels and Dolphins will spotlight the vital work of the SECU Family House at UNC Hospitals.
• Located only a mile from UNC Hospitals, SECU Family House has been a beacon of hope and support for families facing medical crises for many years. It provides affordable lodging, meals, and a sense of community for families of adult patients receiving treatment at UNC Hospitals, allowing them to stay close to their loved ones during challenging times.
• During the game, there will be opportunities for attendees to learn more about Family House and to support its programs through various initiatives, including fundraising efforts and awareness campaigns.

• The Tar Heels return to Chapel Hill this weekend, hosting Brown in at Dorrance Field.
• Saturday is the sixth all-time meeting between the two programs, all have come in Chapel Hill. This weekend concludes three-straight games for Carolina against Ivy League foes (at Penn, at Princeton, Brown).

• Princeton closed the game on a 3-0 run, securing an 11-9 victory over No. 2 North Carolina, Sunday afternoon in men's lacrosse nonconference play.
• Owen Duffy led all Tar Heels with four points (one goal, three assists) on the day.
