2019-20: Earned first team All-ACC honors, clearing 7-0 1/4 (2.14 meters) to finish third in the high jump at the ACC Indoor Championships • Opened the indoor season with a first-place finish at the Dick Taylor Carolina Challenge • Earned top-four finishes in each of his five appearances in 2020 • Outdoor season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2018-19: Opened the indoor season by clearing seven feet for the first time in his career, jumping 7-0.5 (2.15m) to win the men’s high jump event at the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup • Won the high jump at the Gamecock Inaugural with a height of 6-11.75 (2.13m) • Injury restricted him to the first three meets of the indoor season and the first two meets of the outdoor season.
2017-18: Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round and jumped 6-9 (2.06m) for 21st • Notched seventh-place finishes in the high jump at both the ACC Indoor Championship and the ACC Outdoor Championships with heights of 6-10 1/4 and 6-9 1/2, respectively • Took first at the Art and Linda Maillet UNC Open with a personal-best high jump mark of 7-0 1/4 (2.14m) • Went on to win three more regular season individual high jump titles • Won the UCF Black and Gold Challenge with a mark of 6-9 3/4 • Brought home gold from the Battle the Blues after jumping 6-9 1/2 • Captured his final first-place finish at the Miami Hurricanes Collegiate Invitational with a height of 6-7.
2016-17: Did not compete during the outdoor season • Competed at the Art & Linda Maillett UNC Open during the indoor season.
2015-16 at Western Carolina: Competed for one year in the the multi events • Set a personal best of 5858 points in the decathlon and his personal best of 6-8 ½ (2.05 meters) in the high jump at the Southern Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships • Scored 4614 points in the heptathlon at the indoor conference meet.
Prep: Competed on his high school's track and cross country teams and played center for the basketball team • Won a state championship with the basketball team.

Personal: Draven Scott Crist is the son of Kevin and Victoria Crist • Born July 28 • His father jumped 7-6 at Florida State and his uncle John Crist competed in the Olympics.
