Ryan Mills serves as the administrative assistant for recruiting for the UNC football program. A 2002 UNC graduate with a degree in exercise and sport science, Mills returned to Chapel Hill in 2013 after working previously at East Carolina, UNC Wilmington and USF.
Mills was the defensive coaches' administrative assistant at ECU from 2005-08 and was then promoted to work for head coach Skip Holtz as his administrative assistant from 2008-09. After a year in the athletic department at UNC Wilmington, she worked two years at USF for Holtz as his executive assistant from 2011-12.
Mills is a native of Pittsboro, N.C.
