2025 T&F: INDOOR SEASON: Competed in three meets… Notched a personal best time in the mile (4:55.17) at the Dick Taylor Challenge… Ran the fifth-fastest 5000m (16:13.64) time in program history at the John Thomas Terrier Classic Closed out the indoor season with a PR in the 3000m (9:33.74) 2025 T&F: OUTDOOR SEASON: Ran the 5,000m at Raleigh Relays.
2024 T&F: Competed in the first indoor race of the year in the 5,000m at the Boston Univeristy Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener and finished with a time of 16:21.50 ... Moved into the No. 8 spot on the UNC all-time performers list for the 5,000m.
2023 XC: Earned all-region honors at the NCAA Southeast Region championships, finishing 14th with a season-best time of 20:13.6 … Placed 39th at the ACC Championships (20:51.2) and 73rd at the Nuttycombe Invitational … Claimed first place in the season-opening Charlotte 4K (13:46.5) … Finished 28th at the 5K Virginia Invitational (16:55.8).
2023 T&F: In January 2023, at the USATF Cross Country Championships, she finished sixth in the women's under-20 6k in a time of 20:10.4 ... That performance qualified her to compete for the United States at the World Athletics U20 Cross Country Championships on Feb. 18 in Australia, where she finished 29th in the world (and fifth among Americans) in the U20 race ... Helped the women's U-20 team to a bronze medal showing, the first in history by the U.S. team ... In outdoor season, she was Carolina's top finisher in the 5000m at the Wake Forest Invitational, finishing eighth in 16:02.21 to set a personal best and take over the No. 7 spot on UNC's all-time performers list in the event ... Finished 14th at the ACC Outdoor Championships in the 5K in 16:44.80 ... Finished 38th at the NCAA East First Round in the 5K in 16:37.01 ... Earned a spot on the outdoor Academic All-ACC Team.
2022 XC: Made a splash as a freshman late in the season ... Finished 18th at the NCAA Southeast Regional in a 6K time of 20:39.0 to earn All-NCAA Southeast Regional honors ... Was 36th at the ACC Championship (and second among true freshmen) in her first collegiate competition in 20:31.5 ... Finished the NCAA Championship course in Stillwater, Okla., in 20:40.5 to finish 108th (third among true freshmen) ...
