2026 INDOOR SEASON: Ran in the mile at the Dick Taylor Challenge to open the track season... Ran the men's mile invitational section at the Brant Tolsma Invitational...

2025 XC SEASON: Made his season debut at the Charlotte Opener (5k) finishing in tenth... Finished in 3rd at the Queen City Invite (8k)...Competed at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational (8k) and the Nuttycombe Invitational (8k)... Ran in the ACC Championship and National Championship.

2025 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in four meets… Won the 1,000m (2:22.15) at the Dick Taylor Challenge… Part of the ACC Championship runner up DMR Squad (9:31.55)... OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed in seven meets in the 5k, 10k 1,500m … Post a PR in the 5,000m (14.01.47) at Raleigh Relays… Ran his life time best 800m time (1:49.07) at the Wake Forest Invitational… Earned a spot in the NCAA Division 1 East First Round when he the 1,500m in 3:40.76 at Duke Twilight.

ran in every race in the 2024 season including the ACC Championships, Southeast Region Championships and the NCAA Cross Country National Championships.

2024 INDOOR SEASON: Competed in four meets during indoor season ... Won the mile at the Dick Taylor Carolina Challenge in his college debut (4:03.91) ... Posted a season best 4:02.97 at the in the mile at the Penn State National Open ... Qualified for the ACC Indoor Championships in the mile, finishing 18th in 4:09.66 ... Earned First Team ALL-ACC being a part of the DMR relay team that finished second at the ACC Indoor Championships ... Named indoor Academic All-ACC ... OUTDOOR SEASON: Competed at the Duke Invitational during the outdoor season in the 1500m placing 15th (3:44.76).

Before UNC: Graduate of Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School … Four-year letterman … 2021 Georgia 1A Private High School (GHS) cross country champion … 2022 GHS 800 and 1600-meter champion … 2023 GHS 1600-meter champion.
