Placed 4th in the 800m at the Gatorade Twilight meet in 1:52.94

In 1999: In indoor, ran in the prelims of the ACC Championships in the 800m in a time of 1:54.59 ... Had a season-best time of 1:54.20 at the Kroger Invitational ... Ran the mile at the Pepsi Invitational in 4:16.69 for eleventh place ... Also, competed on the distance medley relay team which finished seventh at the ACC Championships ... In outdoor, again ran in the prelims of the ACC Championships in the 800m, this time in 1:55.09 ... Had a best time of 1:50.87 at the Carolina Classic.

Prep: Had personal bests of 1:52.81 in the 800m and 48.80 in the 400m.
