2014 Cross Country: Set a new personal record in the 8K at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational, timing in at 25:32.5 • Took fourth at the Covered Bridge Invite • Finished 10th at the adidas Three Stripe Invitational.

Junior: Competed at the Joe Hilton Invitational in cross country, placing 12th • Did not compete during the indoor season • Finished sixth in the steeplechase at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships while also setting a new personal record at 9:01.07 • Competed exclusively in the steeplechase events.

Sophomore: Raced a PR of 9:15.32 in the steeplechase at the Raleigh Relays • Earned a personal best in the 1,500 at the Kent Taylor Outdoor Invitational in 4:02.69 • Ran a PR in the indoor mile of 4:11.67 at the Mark Colligan Memorial meet and a PR in the 3,000 of 8:26.77 at the Hokie Invitational • Competed at the ACC Indoor Championships in the mile and at the ACC Outdoor Championships in the steeplechase • Competed in two races for the Tar Heels during the cross country season • Recorded a season-best 8K time of 25:32.6 at the Covered Bridge Open • Also raced in the ACC Championship where he placed 63rd.
