Men's Golf #13 In Preseason Ranking

The University of North Carolina men's golf team is ranked No. 13 in the nation in Golfweek's 2015-16 preseason poll, which the magazine announced today by unveiling spots 11 through 30.
Golfweek will announce its top 10 one spot at a time over the next 10 days.
The Tar Heels return four starters from a year ago, when UNC won three events, had eight top-five finishes, was fifth at the Atlantic Coast Conference Championship and played in the NCAA Chapel Hill Regional.
UNC's four returning starters include junior Henry Do of Canton, Mich., junior Carter Jenkins of Raleigh, sophomore Ben Griffin of Chapel Hill and sophomore William Register of Burlington.
Carolina opens its 2015-16 schedule on September 11 at the Carpet Capital Intercollegiate in Rocky Face, Ga.
UNC plays host to the Tar Heel Intercollegiate at UNC Finley Golf Course on October 3-4.
