QUOTABLE
UNC Head Coach Jenny Levy after the game:
"I'm really happy with tonight's game. I really didn't know what to expect as far as it's a Duke-Carolina matchup, and that's always a good game. I just thought we played a complete game. I loved the energy we played with, the intensity. I thought we played on our toes and with our heads on a swivel.
"It was just people doing the little things really well, and doing them together, whether it was our draw or elsewhere. They beat us on the draw, but I thought we competed really well early on the draw. I thought that was a big difference in the game because Duke gets so much momentum off the draw.
"Obviously, my defense was great. Holding a Duke offense that has been putting up goals all season to five goals is great. I love what we did offensively. I thought we were super-aggressive, had a nice blend of one-on-one stuff and feeds. We didn't as well as we'd like to, but credit Duke's goalie. It was a great overall team win."
