Duo Ties for 12th in Individual Standings
Ryan Burnett shot a final-round 68 and Austin Greaser shot 69 to tie for 12th place in the individual standings and lead the University of North Carolina to a fourth-place performance in the Sea Best Invitational. The 54-hole tournament, UNC's first of the spring season, was played at TPC Sawgrass on the Dye's Valley Course.
Texas A&M won the team title at 13 under, two strokes better than Florida. Liberty was third at 1 over and the Tar Heels came in fourth at 2-over-par 842.
Carolina shot 2-over-par 282 today after shooting 278 and 282 in Monday's rounds.
Burnett had five birdies and three bogeys to shoot 2 under today, while Greaser had three birdies and a double bogey for 69. They both finished even par at 210 for the tournament.
Dougie Ergood shot a 72 today to tie for 25th place at 3-over-213.
Austin Hitt tied for 36th at 5 over and Ryan Gerard tied for 57th at 11 over. Hitt and Gerard both closed with 73s on Tuesday.
Florida's Ricky Castillo was the medalist with a 65 today and a three-round total of 8-under-202.
Carolina returns to action Feb. 20-22 at the John Burns Intercollegiate in Hawai'i.
