WBB Takes On Duke To Cap Regular Season

DURHAM, N.C. – The North Carolina women's basketball team wraps up a long regular season on Sunday with the team's shortest road trip of the year, a 20-minute bus ride to take on No. 11 Duke at Cameron Indoor Stadium.

UNC (19-9, 10-7 Atlantic Coast Conference) comes into the game ranked 22nd in the AP poll and 21st in the coaches' poll. Duke (24-4, 14-3 ACC) is ranked No. 11 in the AP poll, 12th in the coaches' poll.
The teams are meeting for the second time this season and the 105th time overall in a rivalry that dates back to the 1975-76 season.
• UNC won the first meeting of the season 61-56 in Chapel Hill on Jan. 19. Three juniors scored in double figures to lead the Tar Heels – Deja Kelly had 19, Alyssa Ustby 16 and Kennedy Todd-Williams 13. Anya Poole tied her season high with nine rebounds to lead Carolina on the boards.
• The Tar Heels also won the last matchup in Durham, 78-62 on Jan. 27, 2022. Ustby led the way with 20 points as seven UNC players scored seven points or more.

Sunday's games wraps up the regular season for all of the ACC schools. After the trip to Durham, the Tar Heels will look ahead to the ACC Tournament, which starts on Wednesday in Greensboro, N.C.
