Women’s Lacrosse Rematches With Syracuse In ACC Semifinals

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – After winning its quarterfinal matchup in convincing fashion, the No. 3-seed North Carolina women's lacrosse team is set to face second-seed Syracuse in the semifinals of the 2023 ACC Championship presented by Ally on Friday afternoon.
First draw is set for 3:30 p.m. ET at American Legion Memorial Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The game will be televised on ACC Network, which will include live studio coverage.

ACC Quarterfinal Recap
North Carolina suffered a narrow 14-12 loss to Syracuse, then ranked No. 1 nationally, on April 15 in Chapel Hill. Humphrey had a hat trick while Alyssa Long had a career- and game-high eight draw controls.
UNC leads the all-time series with Syracuse at 11-7, including 4-2 in the ACC Championship.

- UNC extended its longest win streak in ACC Tournament history with 19 straight victories.
