Tar Heels Place 18 On All-ACC Academic Team

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Eighteen members of the North Carolina women's lacrosse team have been named to the 2024 All-Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Team, as announced by the league Wednesday morning.
The Tar Heels named to the team include Reilly Casey, Olivia Dirks, Darcy Felter, Sam Forrest, Caroline Godine, McKenna Harden, Stella Harrison, Ashley Humphrey, Paige Kelly, Livi Lawton, GraceAnn Leonard, Adair Martin, Kiley Mottice, Emily Nalls, Alecia Nicholas, Flynn Reed, Ellie Traggio and Caitlyn Wurzburger.
To be on the All-ACC Academic Team, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.0 grade-point average for the previous semester and a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Additionally, those selected must have competed in at least 50 percent of their team's contests.
This marks the third such honor for Nalls while Casey, Dirks, Felter, Godine, Lawton, Mottice, Nicholas, Traggio and Wurzburger find themselves on the academic team for the second time in their careers.
