Holding Court Radio Show Schedule Announced For 2025-26

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Holding Court Presented by the Tar Heel Team Store with head coach Courtney Banghart is back, as the weekly radio show highlighting the 2025-26 Tar Heels returns on Dec. 8. The production of the Tar Heel Sports Network from Learfield, will originate for the fourth straight year at the Sheraton Chapel Hill and is open to the public.
Ten in-person shows are set for the season, starting on Monday, December 8th. After the show on December 15th, the show will resume after the holidays on Mondays from January 5th to March 2nd. Banghart is featured alongside Matt Krause, play-by-play voice of Carolina women's basketball, to discuss the Tar Heels and stories surrounding the team. A special lunch menu, along with beverages, will be available for purchase.
Fans unable to attend the show can listen the next day as a podcast on the Tar Heel Voices Podcast Channel. The show is posted on the channel on Tuesday mornings, and episodes are archived for listening anytime. Additionally, Holding Court airs on the flagship station of Carolina women's basketball, WCHL 97.9 FM/1360 AM, each week during the regular season and postseason starting in January, with the schedule posted below.Â
The Sheraton Chapel Hill, which reopened in 2021 after a $20 million renovation, is located at One Europa Drive in Chapel Hill, just off U.S. 15-501 and mere minutes from downtown and the UNC campus. Ample free parking is available. For more on the Sheraton Chapel Hill, click here.
