2024 XC AT UNC: Competed in the Charlotte Opener …

2023 T&F: Ran the mile in a pair of indoor meets and the 5,000 meters in two others ... Top mile time was a personal-best 4:13.29 at the Hokie Invitational in January ... Top 5K performance of the indoor season was 14:13.89 to finish ninth at the Music City Challenge ... During outdoor season, ran the 5,000m in two meets, finishing 13th at the Duke Invitational in 14:22.18 and 20th at the Wake Forest Invitational in 14:06.93.

2022 XC: Ran six races for the Tar Heels ... Finished 25 at the ACC Championships to just miss All-ACC honors ... Completed the 8K ACC race in 23:28.0 ... Finished 63rd at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship.
