2018 XC: Finished 36th at the NCAA Southeast Regional for Carolina’s top finish and set a new personal 10k record of 30:58.0 • Placed 36th at the ACC Championships, tying his career best 8k time • Took 16th at the Battle in Beantown while running a career-fastest 8k time of 24:32 • Also placed 47th at the Penn State National Open when Carolina’s top four men finished within five seconds of one another.

2017-18 at Georgetown: Captured the 10,000 meter conference title at the Big East Outdoor Track & Field Championships • Set a new personal record in the 1,500 after running a second-place time of 3:50.13 at the Kehoe Twilight meet • Ran a career-best time in the 5,000 at the Penn Relays • Ran a PR time of 29:59.37 at the Stanford Invitational 10,000 meter race • Finished the 3,000 competition at the Dr. Sander Invitational Columbia Challenge in 8:16.33 • Competed in a quartet of meets during the cross country season • Finished 16th to earn Second Team All-BIG EAST honors at the conference cross country championships where the Hoyas clinched their third-straight team title • Recorded a 28th-place finish at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region Championships.

2016-17 at Georgetown: Opened his year at the Navy Invitational, an indoor meet • Finished eighth in the 5,000-meter run in a career-best time to score points for the Blue & Gray • During the outdoor season, managed a fourth-place showing, his best performance at a BIG EAST meet, in the 10,000-meter run in a career-best time.

2015-16 at Georgetown: Participated in three meets during the cross country season through the pre-national meet, including a 14th-place finish at the Paul Short Run • Turned in a 13th-place finish in the 5,000-meter finals with a PR at the BIG EAST indoor championships • Recorded a PR in the 10,000-meter finals to take 10th place at the BIG EAST outdoor championships.

2014-15 at Georgetown: Competed in two meets during the cross country season, opening with a 41st-place finish at the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Meet (college section).
