On today's game:
"It was good, we clinched the ACC regular season title on Thursday but it's good to get a strong win like that going into the ACC Tournament."
On her opening goal:
"Tobin (Heath) passed it to me, and she yells "turn," and then she's like "dribble," and she said "shoot." I did everything she told me to do so I kind of give Tobin credit for that goal too."
On being as open as she was on her goal:
"I was shocked, I was actually thinking I was going to turn to beat a player and then shoot it, but they didn't come to me. So I was like, I guess I will shoot it now."
On today's game:
"It was pretty miserable out here, but I think we all pulled together and got a really good result. So we walk away happy."
On her three assists:
"It was my senior night, I've been in a bit of a drought scoring, I haven't scored in a couple of games, but it is always nice to set some things up for my teammates."
On getting motivated for today's game:
"I remember waking up this morning and looking at it outside and one, I didn't want to wake up to go to class, and two, I said to myself, I can't believe we have to play in this tonight. But I think any competitive athlete, as the game approaches, you have to put all the elements aside and just make a decision that you are going to compete. That is what happened and that is what we did today."
On today's win:
"Very good win. Wake Forest is an outstanding team and for us to win by that margin, with a couple starters out, is very good. Robyn Gayle is off in Korea with the full Canadian National Team and Whitney Engen pulled a calf muscle early in the week. So two starters down and to have that kind of separation against an outstanding ACC team is wonderful. Great way for us to finish the regular season."
On the current status of Whitney Engen:
"Actually, day-to-day. We haven't really figured it out yet. We're hoping that we can have her back, certainly by the NCAA's."
On preparing a team after already clinching the ACC regular season title:
"I think the kids enjoy playing with each other. Last night, on their own, they had a team get-together and had some sort of dessert party at one of the kid's house. I think they just enjoy each others company and I don't think it's an issue for them to enjoy getting up for a conference game, certainly one against a team as highly ranked as Wake Forest. I thought they were ready today and I love Jaime's goal and Heather coming off with three assists so I couldn't be happier for the way we finished the season."
On Anna Rodenbough's performance:
"Anna was awesome. There was a moment there in the first half, she came out and made a point blank save at the edge of the box, it was hard for us to see from our angle, but what the girls were saying was that they had a great opportunity to finish one up there in the second half, in the last five minutes, where she snuffed a deflection off a corner. Here is a kid that walked on to play for us from Greensboro, North Carolina. Not just an excellent soccer player, she's a scholar. She is in the honors program; this is your absolute perfect student-athlete and I am glad that she is having a wonderful year on the field and obviously a wonderful career as an academic. I don't think we could be better represented than by Anne Rodenbough."
On preparing for the first round ACC Tournament game against NC State:
"Obviously for that, there is a different mindset and approach because you're trying to win three games in five days, so it is a completely different approach."
