As first-team members, van Beek, Davids and Falgowski are in the running for All-America honors, to be announced next week. All three were named to the 2008 All-Atlantic Coast Conference team.
Van Beek, a midfielder from Den Bosch, the Netherlands, started every game during her senior season, when she served as the team captain. She played in all 87 games during her Carolina career, scoring 37 goals. This season, she ranked second on the team with a career-high 11.

rill, a back from Oley, Pa., finished the season with five goals and four assists while also helping to anchor the Tar Heel defense.
