LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The North Carolina field hockey team arrived in Louisville Wednesday afternoon in preparation for this weekend's final four, hosted by the University of Louisville. The team's flight landed around 3:15, then it was off to the downtown hotel. After a pool workout and stretch, the student-athletes had the evening for relaxing and study time.

Thursday's schedule includes a morning practice at Trager Stadium and the NCAA Championship banquet in the evening. No. 1 UNC faces No. 5 Connecticut on Friday at 2 p.m. in the first of the NCAA semifinal games. No. 2 Old Dominion and No. 4 Maryland meet at 4:30, with the winners set to face off Sunday at noon for the 2011 NCAA Championship.
