U.S. To Play For Gold Medal and World Cup Ticket

The USA Field Hockey Women's National Team will face host Argentina Saturday for the gold medal at the Pan American Cup in Mendoza, Argentina. The winner earns a spot in the 2014 World Cup field.
Five former Tar Heels - Rachel Dawson, Katelyn Falgowski, Jackie Kintzer, Kelsey Kolojejchick and Caitlin Van Sickle - are playing for the U.S. team, and UNC assistant coach Guy Cathro is part of the staff.
The U.S. advanced to the final with a 4-0 win over Canada on Thursday.
