UNC-Virginia Swimming & Diving Meet Rescheduled

The Cavaliers were also slated to swim at NC State on Friday but that meet has also been postponed. Instead, all three teams will now compete in a double dual meet on Friday, January 29 at UNC's Koury Natatorium. That date was the original competition day for UNC-NC State in dual meet format. It will now be the three way meet. Time for the meet is to be announced after consultations with the respective coaching staffs.
The meet promises to be one of the top competitions in NCAA Division I swimming and diving this season. Currently, the Virginia women are ranked third, the NC State women 13th and the North Carolina women 14th. On the men's side, NC State is ranked 8th, North Carolina is 19th and Virginia is 21st.
