Tar Heel Divers Set For Senior National Competition

INDIANAPOLIS, IND. -- North Carolina diver Taylor Hockenberry will compete in both the one-meter and three-meter diving competitions this weekend at the 2019 USA Diving Senior National Championships Qualifiers in Indianapolis.
Hockenberry, a rising junior from Evans City, Pennsylvania, will look to join teammate Emily Grund next week at the 2019 USA Diving Senior National Championships in Indianapolis. Grund, a rising sophomore from Keller, Texas, qualified for senior nationals by virtue of being named to the 2019 High Performance Tier Three Squad by the USA Diving High Performance department.
Grund earned All-ACC honors as a freshman with a runner-up performance in platform diving at the 2019 ACC Championships.
