UNC Opens Season Sunday Vs. Denver

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – North Carolina opens the 2021 men's lacrosse season on Sunday morning, hosting Denver at 11 at Kenan Stadium.
While it's the season opener for the fourth-ranked Tar Heels, the No. 7 Denver Pioneers (1-1) have played twice already, beating Utah on Jan. 30 and falling at Duke on Friday.
The game will be broadcast live by ESPNU.
There is no general public admission to the game, but fans can watch the action live on ESPNU. Click here for the broadcast.
The teams met near the start of last season, with UNC traveling to Denver and coming home with a 15-13 win on March 1, 2020.
Next up for the Tar Heels is another home game, this one against Jacksonville on Saturday at 6 p.m. That game will air on the ACC Network.
