CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Seeking to carry its momentum following a dominant win on Thursday, the No. 3 University of North Carolina women's lacrosse team hosts No. 22 Clemson at Dorrance Field on Sunday, March 26, at 2 p.m. ET.

scored double-figure goals for 65 times in its last 68 games
won 57 of its last 59 games, and 65 of its last 68

UNC is fresh off a 22-4 win over High Point on March 23 – the most the team has scored all season – with goals from 11 different Tar Heels. Mackenzie Rich and Caitlyn Wurzburger had hat tricks while Reilly Casey and Melissa Sconone both dished out a career-high five assists.

The Tar Heels also set single-game team records in assists (19) and points (41) against the Panthers.

Tar Heel Tidbits

Carolina has had 19 different goal scorers this season, with 12 scoring at least five.
Seven different Tar Heels have had at least one hat trick.
36.2% of North Carolina's goals this year have been from true freshmen.
Wurzburger and Marissa White have both scored at least one goal in every contest so far.
Wurzburger is six assists away from being tied for seventh all-time in UNC history for career assists (77).
Freshman Caroline Godine has had at least three points in the last five games, and 19 of her 22 points have been in that span.

This will be the first meeting in program history between North Carolina and Clemson, which added women's lacrosse at the start of the 2022-23 academic year.

Carolina is currently undefeated in Atlantic Coast Conference play at 4-0 and is 8-1 overall, while Clemson sits at 9-3 on the year and 1-3 in league action.
