General: A three-time returning letter winner who is part of an excellent IM and breaststroke group for the Tar Heels...also swims the backstroke and freestyle for the Tar Heels...broke Mary Ellen Blanchard's 21-year-old Koury Natatorium pool record in the 200 IM in last year's Triangle College Cup.
2010-11 (Junior): Had a championship finalist finish in the 200 IM at the 2011 ACC Championships...finished eighth in the event in 2:00.64...was also 17th in the 400 IM in 4:20.38 and 21st in the 200 backstroke in 2:00.25...named to All-ACC Academic Team for second straight year...selected for the ACC Academic Honor Roll for the third year in a row...named to fall semester 2010 Dean's List.
2009-10 (Sophomore): Named to ACC Academic Honor Roll for the second straight year...tapped for the All-ACC Academic Women's Swimming Team...was named the ACC Swimmer of the Week on February 9, 2010 after her performances against NC State in dual meet competition and in the Triangle College Cup...won the 400 IM versus NC State in 4:16.34, moving her into sixth place all-time at Carolina...won the 200 IM in the Triangle Col-lege Cup with a Koury Natatorium pool record time of 2:00.27 ...won the 200 IM in the dual meet win over Clemson.
2008-09 (Freshman): Finished 10th in the 400-yard IM at ACCs, swimming a career best time of 4:19.11...swam in the bonus consolation heat of the 200-yard backstroke, posting a career best time of 1:59.87...went a career best time of 2:01.84 in the 200-yard IM in the bonus consolation heat, mov-ing her into eighth place in school history...made the fall 2009 Dean's List...member of the 2008-09 ACC Honor Roll.
Prep: Graduated from Chapel Hill High School in June 2008...swam all four years of high school, specializing in the 100 breaststroke and 200 IM...swam for her club team since she was five years old...named a U.S. Swimming All-America and Academic All-America...member of the Chapel Hill High school state title winning team...captain of her high school team...honored as the 2008 PAC-6 Conference Swimmer of the Year...also captain of her club team...named a North Carolina Swimming All-Star.

Section #1: Swimming & Diving
1. The best thing about being a Tar Heel swimmer is the pride of being a Tar Heel and representing such a great university.
2. My favorite thing about competing for Coach DeSelm is that I can trust him to make me faster.
3. Since last year the aspect of my training I've worked on the most is my backstroke tempo.
Section #2: Hobbies & Interests
1. Away from the pool and academic pursuits I like to spend time sleeping.
2. The best movies I've seen recently are Bridesmaids and the last Harry Potter.
3. If I could compete in another sport at UNC it would be nothing...my land skills are abysmal.
4. The music act I'd most like to see in person is Dave Matthews.
Section #3: Food & Beverage
1. After a big meet, I'd like to eat at a buffet spread that included mac and cheese, frozen yogurt, and mashed potatoes.
2. My favorite beverage is coffee.
3. My favorite food made by a relative is my Mom's steak.
4. My favorite place to eat in Chapel Hill is Panera.
5. My favorite guilty pleasure food wise is anything unhealthy and sweet.
