Career Honors
Senior Season (2024)
2024 National Champion • Appeared in 22 games and earned 11 starts • First career start was vs. Seton Hall where she logged a career-high 77 minutes • Logged 882 minutes, over 700 more than her first three seasons combined • Averaged roughly 40 minutes per appearance • Saw action in two NCAA Tournament games against USC Upstate and Minnesota • Finished the year with two points off a pair of assists • First career point from an assist vs. #16 Georgia • Dished out the game-winning assist against Wake Forest in the regular season • Fired off 16 shots, including five on frame.
Salvadoran National Team (2024)
Was recently added to the Salvadoran National Team in 2024 • Played in the Concacaf Gold Cup in February and March • Played against Guatemala, Canada, Costa Rica and Paraguay.
Junior Season (2023)
Came off the bench against NC State and Syracuse, logging eight minutes in both contests • Attempted one shot vs. the Orange.

Makenna Malia Dominguez is the daughter of Leanne and Ed Dominguez • Has an older brother, Austin • Birthday is June 19 • Majoring in exercise and sports science with a minor in sports medicine.
Why Carolina?
The campus is beautiful and I loved the academic and athletic atmosphere. The team felt like a family and I knew I would always have fun with them.
