Tar Heels Ranked #12 In STX/USILA Poll

BALTIMORE, MD. - The North Carolina Tar Heels are ranked 12th in this week's STX/U.S. Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association poll. The Tar Heels were tied for 12th in last week's poll. UNC improved to 4-1 on the season last week with a 12-10 win over Butler at Fetzer Field.
At 3-0 Princeton is the new #1 team in the nation. The Tigers moved up after previous #1 Syracuse was defeated at home last Saturday by Johns Hopkins. The Tigers received all nine first-place votes this week in the poll.
