Bio
Dorrance on Lois: “Lois Joel is being brought in on the recommendation of her youth national team teammates from England (Lotte and Alessia). Should we decide to go to the 3-4-3 the position that is almost impossible to find on most rosters, even ours, is flank midfield. That position requires so much. It requires pace. It requires fitness. It requires universalism – you have to be able to attack, to play make, to defend. It’s a position that is incredibly exposed. So you can’t have a weakness. From what we understand from Alessia and from Lotte this player has the potential to check all those boxes so we are bringing her in in the event we go to the 3-4-3 she can play that flank midfield spot for us.”
