SAN DIEGO, CALIF. - The 2024 Premier Lacrosse League continued with the back-half of its regular season schedule this weekend, with seven North Carolina men's lacrosse alums in action.Â
July 27 - Boston Cannons vs. Denver OutlawsÂ
Marcus Holman scored three one-point goals with an assist, and Zac Tucci was in control at the faceoff stripe with 14 faceoff wins and 12 ground balls, as the Cannons picked up the two-goal win, 12-10. On the flip side for the Outlaws, Justin Anderson had four shot attempts and a ground ball for Denver, who fell to 3-3 on the year.Â
July 27 - California Redwoods vs. Carolina Chaos
Chris Gray had an assist in the homecoming win for the Redwoods. For Carolina, Will Bowen and Jack Rowlett combined for three ground balls, primarily defending Gray and Rob Pannell in the matchup.Â
July 28 - New York Atlas vs. Philadelphia Waterdogs
Logan McGovern continued his successful start to his pro career, scoring a goal in the Atlas win.Â
July 28 - California Redwoods vs. Maryland Whipsnakes
Chris Gray hit the back of the net twice, as the Redwoods were defeated to close out their homecoming weekend doubleheader.Â
