Caitlin Elizabeth Mara is the daughter of Liz and Rob Mara • Mother swam at UNC from 1995-1999 • Father played ice hockey at Colgate and was drafted to the Chicago Blackhawks in the 1994 NHL Draft • Uncle, Paul Mara, was drafted No. 7 overall in the first round of the 1997 NHL Draft to Tampa Bay Lightning where he played in the NHL for 12 seasons, totalling 734 games • Has three younger sisters, Emily, Alexis and Hope • Emily and Alexis are twins • Emily is committed to play soccer and ice hockey at Boston College beginning in 2025 • Alexis is committed to play ice hockey at Northeastern in 2025 • Birthday is March 9 • Plans to major in business.
