A member of the UNC staff since November 2013, Brestin serves as administrative assistant for the men's and women's swimming and diving teams.
A 1980 graduate of the University of Maryland College Park, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in fine arts. She has worked for United Airlines, American Express Travel in New York, and St. John's University as the Travel Manager.
She is a native of Rockville, Md.
