2011-12: Named to UNC's ACC Championships Team for second straight year...placed seventh at the ACC meet in the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:15.53 and was 13th in the 100-yard breaststroke at 1:03.16...named to All-ACC Academic Women's Swimming Team for second straight year...2011-12 ACC Academic Honor Roll selection...won the 100-yard breaststroke in dual meet win over Georgia Tech...had a quartet of Top 8 finishes at 2011 Nike Cup...placed sixth in 100-yard breaststroke (1:03.44) and eighth in 200-yard breaststroke (2:18.43)...swam on 400 medley relay team which placed third and 200 medley relay team which notched sixth place.
2010-11: Named to All-ACC Academic Women's Swimming Team...chosen for 2010-11 ACC Academic Honor Roll...tapped for Dean's List honors in both semesters of 2010-11 school year...a College Swimming Coaches Association of America Women's Scholar All-America honorable mention honoree...was a championship finalist in two events at the ACC Championships...finished fifth in the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:02.15 and was eighth in the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:15.14.

1. The best thing about being a Tar Heel swimmer is being a part of an amazing team.
2. My favorite thing about competing for Coach DeSelm is his passion for the sport.
3. Since last year the aspect of my training I've worked on the most is my pull in breaststroke.
4. My best friend on another college swimming team is Calli Marando at University of Delaware.
5. My greatest strength as a swimmer is my kick.

1. Away from the pool and academic pursuits I like to spend time with my friends or at the beach.
2. The best movie I've seen recently is The Town.
3. If I could compete in another sport at UNC it would be lacrosse.
4. The music act I'd most like to see in person is Ke$ha.
5. The personal interest I have that might surprise my teammates is I like to water ski.
