Competed in eight meets • Secured five podium finishes • Opened the season with a second-place finish in the 100 back against Auburn • Won the 100 back against South Carolina, Virginia, Duke and N.C. State • Also placed fifth in the 50 free against the Wolfpack • Took ninth and set the school record (45.24) in the 100 back at the ACC Championships • Helped the 200 medley (1:23.20) and 400 medley (3:03.36) relays finish sixth and set school records at the league meet • Also set a personal best of 19.56 in the 50 free at ACCs • Earned CSCAA Second-Team All-America status in the 200 medley relay (12th) and competed in the 50 free and 100 back at the NCAA Championships.

Member of the Tar Heels’ ACC Championship Meet roster • Posted personal best times in the 50 free, 50 fly and 100 fly • Competed in five dual meets • Registered his lone medal finish of the season in the 100 back against Duke, placing second.
